Overview

A tarot deck I drew for myself. Queerness, the male body, pattern and nature, twenty-two cards deep.

The whole major arcana, twenty-two cards laid out in two rows
Major Arcana

The Fool, the Magician, the High Priestess, the Lovers, Strength. Every card keeps its meaning and finds a body for it — a panther, a flamingo, sunflowers over a scar, a harness, somebody asleep.

The Fool, The Magician and The High Priestess - a kneeling figure on pink, a bearded man with magnolias growing across his chest, and a woman in a pink towel against a setting sun
The Empress, The Emperor and The Hierophant - a leopard and a flamingo against a full moon, and two bodies lying together under an occult seal
The Lovers, The Chariot and Strength - two figures in pink smoke, a man in a ball gag against a gold halo, and a face lit in neon over a zodiac wheel
The Hermit, Wheel Of Fortune and Justice - a man curled in the grass with flowers growing out of him, a close crop of floral briefs, and a torso with sunflowers and a bandaged arm
The Hanged Man, Death and Temperance - all three lit in hot pink and cyan, cropped close to a neck, a waist and a stomach
The Devil, The Tower and The Star - a moustached figure with ram horns in a floral crop top, a man lying back against orange, and a red figure face down on a bed
The Moon, The Sun and Judgement - a man in a floral shirt in pink and blue light, a figure stretching against a rising sun, and a man wearing a bear head with glowing eyes
The World - a moustached man with his eyes closed and a finger at his lips, against a field of small white flowers
