Overview

Bank employees sell insurance here, manage their clients and handle claims. Their managers see the same work from above.

Design process

I designed the whole platform: quotes, applications, the basket, customer overviews, claims, and a different view for every level of manager. Each of those brings its own modals and in-between states, which is most of what you see mapped here.

Hundreds of screens laid out in Figma, grouped by flow, at a zoom where each is a thumbnail
The flows labelled out - quote flow, application, basket, customer overview, and three passes at the manager view
Complexity

The same platform carries whichever bank is selling it. Colours, logo, typography and some flows change, and the system holds.

Dashboards by role

Three kinds of person use this: the employee selling policies, their manager, and the manager above that. Each gets a different dashboard and different powers, built from the same parts so the product still feels like one thing.

The seller dashboard under the bank brand: targets across the top, a premiums dial, quarterly analysis, and product targets underneath
Further down the dashboard - financial target by region, portfolio split by product category, and retention rate by quarter
The same product under the Wallbid brand: an applications list on the left and the portfolio panel open on the right with the running total
A customer portfolio - three products as cards, all pending, with the payment summary and the payment method beside them
A quote in progress: a four-step tracker, the device model typed in, and the indicative premium, cover and duration
The waiting state - three phone outlines while the device assessment runs, and a skeleton table below
The payment step: the quote summary, bank account or card, the account picked, and a standing order
The customer overview - pending offers as cards with what each covers, when it expires and the price
The pendings table in Greek, ten rows of approvals with their status and due date
